Metro Delhi (bahasa Inggris: Delhi Metro; bahasa Hindi: दिल्ली मेट्रो Dillī Meṭro) adalah jaringan angkutan cepat yang melayani Delhi dan kota-kota satelit di sekitarnya, seperti Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida dan Bahadurgarh di Daerah Ibu kota Nasional, India. Jaringan ini terdiri dari 10 jalur[7] yang melayani 256 stasiun, dengan total panjang 350,42 kilometer. Ini adalah jaringan metro terbesar dan tersibuk di India, dan tertua kedua setelah Metro Kolkata. Metro memiliki gabungan stasiun bawah tanah, sebidang, dan layang yang menggunakan sepur lebar dan sepur standar. Metro Delhi melakukan lebih dari 4.300 perjalanan setiap harinya.[8]

Konstruksi dimulai pada tahun 1998, dan seksi konstruksi layang pertama (Shahdara ke Tis Hazari) di Jalur Merah dibuka pada 25 Desember 2002. Seksi bawah tanah pertama (Vishwa VidyalayaKashmere Gate) di Jalur Kuning dibuka pada 20 Desember 2004.[9] Jaringan ini dikembangkan secara bertahap. Fase I (tiga jalur) selesai pada tahun 2006, dan Fase II pada tahun 2011. Tahap III sebagian besar selesai pada tahun 2021, kecuali perpanjangan kecil Jalur Bandara yang dibuka pada tahun 2023.[10] Pembangunan Fase IV dimulai pada 30 Desember 2019.[11]

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), sebuah perusahaan dengan pendanaan dari pemerintah India dan pemerintah kota Delhi, membangun dan mengoperasikan Metro Delhi.[12][13] DMRC disertifikasi oleh PBB pada tahun 2011 sebagai sistem kereta metro dan kereta api pertama di dunia yang menerima kredit karbon karena mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca, mengurangi tingkat emisi karbon tahunan di kota tersebut sebesar 630.000 ton.[14]

Metro Delhi memiliki persimpangan dengan Rapid Metro Gurgaon (dengan sistem tiket bersama) dan Metro Noida. Pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2019, DMRC mengambil alih operasi Rapid Metro Gurgaon yang bermasalah secara finansial.[15] Secara nilai, penumpang tahunan Metro Delhi mencapai 203,23 crore (2,03 miliar) pada tahun 2023.[16][17] Sistem ini akan memiliki persimpangan dengan RRTS Delhi-Meerut, sistem angkutan regional perkotaan tercepat di India.[18][19]
