The McDonald's Collection 2018 is an assortment of cards available at participating McDonald's restaurants for a limited time in 2018. For the first time, two separate McDonald's collections were distributed in different countries—the first was released in France from June 13 until July 10, 2018, and the second in the United States from October 16 through to November 12, 2018.
Information
The French collection consists of reprints from the Sun & Moon, Guardians Rising and Burning Shadows expansions. The English collection consists of reprints from these expansions in addition to some from the Crimson Invasion and Ultra Prism expansions. In a departure from previous annual sets, instead of a toy with a single card, French Happy Meals came with a mini booster pack. Each mini booster contained 4 cards: 3 Non Holofoil and 1 Reverse Confetti Holofoil, with each card coming in regular and parallel Holofoil versions. At 40 cards the French set is currently the largest McDonald's Collection, a master set of 80 cards with the parallel Holofoil variants. In the U.S. and the rest of Europe, each Happy Meal came with 1 of 8 toys and 1 of 12 Confetti Holofoil cards.

The French McDonald's Collection 2018 was, as its name suggest, exclusively released in French. All cards were available as both non-holo and Confetti Reverse Holo. The McDonald's Collection 2018 set was released in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. The French versions of the regular McDonald's Collection 2018 were exclusively released in the French-speaking parts of Canada and Belgium.
