Wherever IP addresses are listed, they must be forced to be LTR. This is particularly an issue with IPv6 in which the separator is ":", and most browsers don't render it LTR if the page is RTL (e.g. fawiki) and the value to the left of the colon is all numeric but the value to the right starts with a letter (A-F).
Example: the (made up) IP address 2600:1700:9750:1111:B456:AF19:4187:E9F3 will appear as B456:AF19:4187:E9F3:2600:1700:9750:1111 in an RTL page.
Specifically, the <a> tag that holds the IP needs a dir=ltr attribute.
