Miraheze has merged with WikiTide and is now ran by WikiTide Foundation so this is indeed no longer necessary. Sorry for not updating this task before!
Since the user assigned has not worked on this for around 9 months I think it's fair to unassign in case some else wants to work on it.
Just wanted to mention that there are some wikifarms for which this functionality is quite important and an extension that is currently broken as a result.
It has been noted in # mediawiki on IRC just a minute ago that another user has also received the same error.
Would it not be possible to make this an option for non-WMF wiki farms who feel this should be public?
Thanks for letting us know.
Reopening per discussion in #translatewiki on IRC, we wish to continue having those in our overrides file so request that translatewiki marks them as ignored on their side.
Please submit this on Miraheze's Phabricator, the issues are not in relation to Wikimedia related wikis

As for a minimum number of edits / actions, adding 'HAVING COUNT(rc_id) > ' . $dbr->addQuotes( $this->getConfig()->get( 'ActiveUserEdits' ) ) or something similar to the query may be enoughI'll note that, historically, $wgActiveUserEditCount wasn't a part of the query:
- Add https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/core/+/bfbf6d8a354a861c34b42d2d864b9f026d333705 (re-added https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/core/+/a448e8f9f1cb288db7b61a0770ebd9ecbd4b363a%5E%21/#F2)
- Removed https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/core/+/60c805b761402f8ca8ad1e1c46bc4a5f0b04afdf%5E%21/
@demon care to chime in (you added and removed)?
My bad, it was something on our side.
Thanks for such a quick solution!
Thank you for the reply!
Is there any way this error can be fixed manually on a case-by-case basis?
Thanks @Jayprakash12345 !
The issue was that a user added a deletion template inside of a Flow discussion summary

Thank you for your help, upon further review the problem was something else that was overriding the setting which is why it wasn't working. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Would just like to mention that I think it's extremely likely that this issue is simply because of an issue with the config I used rather than a wider issue with the extension
Yeah, I agree that as Gyaanipedia is part of Miraheze, it wouldn't make sense to remove it from Miraheze in order to create a separate entry for it if the two cannot co-exist due to the totals being wrong.
I think that eliminating all abuse filter changes (as appears to be the case) is problematic. If that is done, there should at least be a setting to turn the feature off, or the abusefilter-view/abusefilter-logs permissions should allow a user to see the abuse filter changes in RC and/or "All Public Logs"
CCing developers.
Thanks!
But either way, that wouldn't affect the MediaWiki:Sitenotice issue

Why was the setting removed actually? It would be quite useful, as I don't see which wikis would define someone with 1 edit in 30 days as active...

Thank you! This has fixed it for us
Just got an exception when I tried importing a Wikipedia XML:
@Peachey88 Well it isn't a WMF wiki, it's an external wiki hosted with wiki farm Miraheze.
