Add basic IP range support to the normal Special:Contributions and DeletedContributions. No per-IP sorting or date headings, or any bells and whistles. Later we can move on to T145912 and create Special:RangeContributions for the power users. What I have so far: {F7688685} This goes off of the proposed table at T156318, which has not been given the OK from a DBA. Other thoughts: Keeping things simple, we might only show a block entry at the top if the full range is blocked. E.g. say there are 50 IPs in the range that are blocked individually, surely we don't want to list them all! Instead we could add IP range support at Special:Log/block. I'm not sure if that's important to do with this initial release, or if could be saved for another rainy day. We might also want to go ahead and add IP range support to other log pages. Right now I'm just hiding the "logs" link, and only showing "block log". The block log link could also just easily be hidden (for the time being).
