In order to overcome the poor application effect of the traditional English-led intelligent online learning system, a PIMS-based English-led intelligent online learning system is proposed. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the intelligent teaching system, the article designs an intelligent English learning platform system based on PIMS. This has further improved the English teaching model and completed the construction of the overall framework structure. The research also solicited the user's evaluation and feedback information on the expected function improvement, and the results showed that the function improvement design has considerable value for the new concept college English network teaching system.
