Zooey Claire Deschanel (fonetski: Zoui Kler Dešanel; 17. januar 1980 -) je američka glumica, muzičarka i kantautorica. Odrasla je kao dijete direktora fotografije Caleba Deschanela i glumice Mary Jo Weir, a njena sestra Emily je renomirana glumica. Filmski debi je imala u filmu Mumford 1999. godine, a prvu zapaženu ulogu u filmu Almost Famous 2000. godine. Godine 2009. se udala za rock muzičara Bena Gibbarda.
