Matthew Hansen "Matt" Mead (born March 11, 1962 in Teton County, Wyoming) is an American politician and is the current 32nd Governor of Wyoming. He easily won against former chairman of the Wyoming Democratic Party, Leslie Petersen in the election and became the governor.

Mead is married to Carol L. Mintzer and they have 2 children together.
