Norrie May-Welby
Norrie May-Welby (born Bruce Norrie Watson, 23 May 1961) is a Scottish-Australian transsexual person. She is known for being 'Australia's first recognized transgender person'.
Early life
May-Welby was born in Paisley, Renfrewshire. When she was seven years old she and her family emigrated to Western Australia. She has lived in Sydney since the early 1990s.[1]
