Kavita Surender Kumar Jain (born 2 September 1972) is a politician, former MLA for Sonipat and cabinet minister in the Government of Haryana, India.[1]

Political career

In 2009 and again in 2014, as a candidate of the BJP from Sonepat, she was elected as member of the Haryana Legislative Assembly, India. On 26 October 2014, she was sworn in as Cabinet Minister in the Government of Haryana.[2]

As a minister, she has been in charge of the following departments.

  • Department of Women & Child Development, Haryana
