Passed (and I think this is the first GAN I've ever reviewed in which I passed right away without placing on hold, first). The prose is reasonably well-written, everything is properly sourced with reliable sources, and while it's a short article, I don't think much else will be found about this person, given the lack of availability or documentation during that time.
