Tsuyoshi Anthony Glinoga Horibata (born 5 June 1993) also known as Hori Horibata is a member of the Philippine House of Representatives from Camarines Sur's 1st District since 2022.[1] Born in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Hori is the first politician in his family. He is amongst the youngest and most promising Congressmen in the 19th Congress in the House of Representatives.
