Zalaris’ two distinct lines of business are both 100% focused on HR & payroll technology and services.

* The first being Zalaris’ outsourcing business; offering clients an impressive HR & payroll technology stack, known as PeopleHub,<ref>{{Cite web |title=HR & Payroll Solutions |url=https://zalaris.com/hr-payroll-solutions/ |access-date=2022-12-19 |website=Zalaris |language=en-US}}</ref> as a Software-as-a-Service ([[Software as a service|SaaS]]) platform. Zalaris also provide award winning HR & payroll administration services, providing Business-Process-as-a-service ([[BPaaS]]) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as it is commonly referred.
* The second being Zalaris’ consulting business; supporting customers throughout their own cloud HR & payroll journey, utilising alternative software to Zalaris’ PeopleHub such as SAP, Oracle or Workday. Zalaris’ consultants, who specialise in market leading tier-one HCM solutions, offer strategy & advisory, transformation & implementation and application support. Furthermore, Zalaris are recognised as an SAP gold partner<ref name=":0">{{Cite web |title=SAP Partner Finder |url=https://pf-prod-sapit-partner-prod.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/profile/0000493458 |access-date=2022-12-19 |website=pf-prod-sapit-partner-prod.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com}}</ref> and an Oracle partner.<ref>{{Cite web |title=Alliances and Partners |url=https://zalaris.com/about-zalaris/alliances-and-partners/ |access-date=2022-12-19 |website=Zalaris |language=en-US}}</ref>

Specifically, Zalaris use SAP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) platform as their preferred software to power HRO solutions to their customers, delivered on a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) model.
