Martina Dwamena, who goes by the mononym Asantewaa is a Ghanaian TikToker.[1] She is known for her funny videos she started creating during the global Coronavirus pandemic.[2][3]

Early life and education

Dwamena was raised by her grandmother, after her mother died when she was ten years old.[4] Upon completing secondary school, Dwamena worked as a teacher.[5] She then attended nursing school, where she was introduced to TikTok by a friend and coursemate.[5][4]
