Kappa Psi is actually the oldest & largest professional pharmaceutical fraternity. It was founded on May 30, 1879 at the Russell Military Academy in New Haven, CT.


.....Kappa Psi was founded as a literary society; it did form a chapter at a pharmacy school until 1898, which was well after Phi Delta Chi was founded.
