Ranjit Bhatia OBE is a former Indian athlete who ran in the marathon and 5000 meters events at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome.[1]

Ranjit Bhatia had his early education at the Lawrence School, Sanawar.[2] He was then a Rhodes scholar at Oxford University, matriculating at Jesus College in 1957.[3] He retired as Reader in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. He is a famous athlete and represented India in Rome Olympics in 1960.
