Svein Heglund DSO DFC (10 December 1918 – 18 June 1998) was a Norwegian engineer and military officer. He was born in Kristiania. He served as a pilot during World War II, and his war decorations included the War Cross with two Swords and the British Distinguished Service Order and Distinguished Flying Cross. He served as head of Luftforsvarets forsyningskommando (LFK), with the rank of Major General, from 1974 until his retirement in 1982. His memoir book Høk over høk was published in 1995.[1][2][3]
