North Central is a neighborhood in the North Philadelphia section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The name of the neighborhood is derived from its location, near the center of North Philadelphia. According to Census 2000 North Central is primarily a low income neighborhood where 95% of its residents are African-American. well it is nott 2000 any more almost a decade away from that date and all that information is subject to change the person with this information is obviously not a resident of the area .
