Lateral with Tom Scott is a comedy quiz podcast hosted by Tom Scott. It comprises of Tom Scott, the host, and four panel members. The regular panelists are Bill Sunderland, Dani Siller (both Consume This Media), Tom Lum, Caroline Roper, Ella Hubber (all Let's Learn Everything), Rowan Ellis and more.
Format
The host begins the show, and a "Big Question" is asked then the host asks a question, the panelists work out the answer with occasional clues and hints to help the panelists. Then, once the answer has been confirmed, one of the panelists asks a question in the same way and the other panelists, the host, Tom Scott, included must answer. This continues until every panelist has hosted a question. Then, at the end of the show the "Big Question" is asked.
