Divorce

[edit]

It appears that Julie and her husband have divorced. As indicated in this[1] review and in some comments she's made in recent live performances. I saw her in Waterloo, Ontario and she was very emotional about playing her more positive songs; she also commented that that morning an interviewer had asked her a question on a topic she had specifically asked not to talk about.
