slashes in templates

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In your edit of 16:10, 30 March 2010 of Portal:Algeria, you introduced

  • {{/Did you know}}
  • {{/box-footer|}}

Please direct me to the documentation for preceding a template name with a slash, or explain what the slash is for. —Anomalocaris (talk) 23:40, 3 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, Hellknowz explained it to me. —Anomalocaris (talk) 08:48, 8 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article List of ''The Unit'' characters has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

A tag has been placed on Category:The D.E.Y. albums requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Request for feedback

Greetings BelovedFreak. Many years ago you accepted the role of mentoring me. I never used you as a resource and would now like to call on your assitance.

I am writing a biographical article about a person in a field that seems to rub many editors up the wrong way. The subject is a former pornographic actor who now criticizes the porn industry for its practices and the effect it is having on young minds. He has pivoted his experience to being a self-improvement coach and sex coach for men.

My draft article is in my sandbox: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Venzen/sandbox

Kindly have a look. My primary task is to establish notability in order to have the stub article accepted and published. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. --venzen (talk) 05:39, 24 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
