Cristino Martos y Balbí (Granada, Spain, 13 September 1830 - Madrid, Spain, 17 January 1893) was a Spanish politician and lawyer who served as Minister of State from 1869 to 1870, in a cabinet headed by Juan Prim, 1st Marquis of los Castillejos, and held other important offices such as Major of Madrid.
