Peter A. Quinn

Peter Anthony Quinn (1904–1974) of New York City was a Democratic U.S. Representative from New York from 1945 to 1947. He defeated Hamilton Fish III, a longtime critic of Franklin D. Roosevelt, to win the seat in 1944. Quinn was a Justice of the New York Supreme Court from 1955 to 1974.
