Eleven Madison Park is a Contemporary American restaurant located at 11 Madison Avenue, at East 24th Stree,t in the Flatiron District in Manhattan, New York City. It ranked #4 in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2014.[4] It is owned by Chefs Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, who also own and operate the NoMad restaurant in the NoMad Hotel, opened in 2012. Both restaurants are under the Made Nice group. Humm was awarded with the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef.

The restaurant is located in the landmark art deco Metropolitan Life North Building, facing Madison Square. The restaurant originally opened in 1998 and was owned by renowned restaurateur Danny Meyer. In 2006, Chef Daniel and Will began working at Eleven Madison Park and in 2011 they purchased it from Danny Meyer.[5]

The restaurant offers guests one multi-course tasting menu inspired by the agricultural bounty of New York and its culinary traditions. Dinner is served nightly and lunch is served Thursday through Saturday.[6]

Their Eleven Madison Park Cookbook was published in 2011, and Humm and Guidara released their second cookbook, I Love New York: Ingredients and Recipes, in 2012.

Awards

In 2014, Zagat gave it ratings of 28 in food, 28 in decor, and 28 in service, and it was the top-ranked restaurant for food in the Flatiron District and ranked one of the best restaurants in New York City.[21]
