On 2003-02-04 the Aimag khural of Darkhan-Uul ratified the proposal.

  • Blue color represents freedom and peace
  • Hoist side yellow ribbon symbolizes the straight path
  • Interlocked rings for friendship
  • Three tongued flame for success
