Description
English: Coat of arms of Aninoasa, Hunedoara County, Romania.
Română: Stema orașului Aninoasa, județul Hunedoara, România.
Stema orașului Aninoasa se compune dintr-un scut albastru cuprinzând o furcă de tors lână, de argint, cu coarne, decorată cu motive geometrice și astrale specifice acestei zone: frânghie răsucită, triunghi, soare, linii paralele, motive des întâlnite și pe ceramica dacică. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală, de argint, formată din trei turnuri crenelate.
Semnificația elementelor însumate: furca de tors lâna ne amintește una din îndeletnicirile de bază ale locuitorilor; cromatica infățișând argint și albastru simbolizează seninătate, veșnicie, durată în timp.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
