Lisa Seacat DeLuca is a Distinguished Engineer and director of the Watson Internet of Things division. She is also one of their most prolific inventors and holds more than 500 patents to her name in different software programming applications. Currently, she is bringing to market new solutions around the digital twin and how to apply data analytics to different physical assets. In 2016, DeLuca was named one of the Most Influential Women in IoT, and in 2015, she was named one of MIT Technology Review's 35 Innovators Under 35 and one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business.
