I later field tested the suspected methamphetamine in accordance …show more content…
As per policy, I searched the backpack to ensure that there were no items which are restricted from entry into evidence. Prior to removing the backpack from the vehicle, I noticed that the main large zipper of the backpack was open. I noticed that there was a brown and black wallet in the section of the backpack. Officer Minkler advised that Igor stated that he did not have an WA ID with him. I removed the items from the vehicle and removed the wallets from the backpack. Upon searching the black wallet I located two WA Driver's license. One for Ascaribay, Jose E and one for Budchanin, Oleg A. I also located six credit cards which belonged to six different people. The credit cards still had their activation strips attached. In addition, I located a Visa debit card for Igor Gentsaryuk (4736910212380466). Upon searching the brown wallet, I located a several items including a paper WA Driver's license for Igor, a WA ID with Social Security Number for Anatoliy Genstaryuk. Furthermore, I located a small plastic baggie which had an unknown flat paper looking brown substance. I nit kit tested the substance for several narcotics, but was unable to determine what the substance

It was a beautiful day in early winter 2012, my Family had had a big dinner at my uncle's house, the plan was to go a Blazers game after we had all gotten done eating. I had moved to Tigard oregon with my Mom in summer of 2012 from Connecticut, about six months before all of this had happened. We had no idea where anything was, the only thing we had someone what of idea was my uncle's house and the grocery store, but beyond that we were basically lost all the time. At this time we didn't have a car yet, so relied mostly on my uncle taking us places.
The torch was found wrapped up in newspaper and plastic garbage bags, blocking front entrance. After police made sure contents were not explosive or dangerous, the torch was found inside, slightly battered but reparable.
Have you ever had something you were “super passionate” about be stripped away from you? Roughly one and a half years ago I started my sophomore year of lacrosse. The lineup of students on the lacrosse team this year promised us a spot in the championship. Throughout fall practices, the majority of the sophomore class played amongst the varsity team. As the season ramped up in the spring, we waited for our first game against Saint John Paul’s Christian Academy. First game of the year, we enveloped ourselves into the game and became one as a team. Running downfield with a clear, open shot on the goal “whoosh” I shot the ball bottom right, a bare miss. Suddenly “crash” I was hit from both sides and struggled to stay standing. As I came to my
On 8/25/17, I attended Mr. Barrera’s follow-up appointment with Dr. Dietzel to evaluate the status of his left shoulder postoperative. X-rays were taken prior to him being seen.
11-year-old me sitting in the passenger seat of my dad’s black Infinity with my running shoes tied over my knee – high soccer socks; my feet resting on my black back pack covered with gold pins from different tournaments, zipped up to contain my smelly cleats and shin guards. Waiting to walk to down to practice I saw an older looking girl run by our car. She was wearing a maroon and white jacket that I had never seen before. It was a Nike dri – fit, water proof material, with the Slammers FC logo embroidered on the chest. I looked at my dad and excitedly asked, “Dad look at that jacket! Can I please get one for Christmas?”
My first paper was a descriptive paper where I had to describe a person close to me I chose my mother. The way I described my mother from the way she looked to the way other people look at her, works for my whole paper and you can’t see it all through the paper. My paper does fall short because my font size and grammar made my essay bad. I didn’t fully spell out words and used a lot of slang words instead of proper grammar. When me and my mother were at the beach and we watched the sunset, I made the reader really feel like they were there watching the sunset. “The sunset change into 3 different colors, tangy orange, fiery red and mellow yellow.” If I didn’t write the paper and I had to read the paper I would’ve imagined I was there at the

As if that wasn’t already bad enough, his backpack was just as heavy as a bag of rocks, which was odd since all he had in his backpack were 3 light notebooks.
