Oppo Pad 2 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Oppo Pad 2 runs Android 13 and is powered by a 9,510mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Pad 2 on the rear packs 13-megapixel camera. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Oppo Pad 2 runs ColorOS 13 is based on Android 13 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Oppo Pad 2 measures 258.30 x 189.39 x 6.54mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 552.00 grams. It was launched in Hikari Feather Gold and Nebula Gray colours.

Connectivity options on the Oppo Pad 2 include USB Type-C and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. Sensors on the tablet include ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, and accelerometer.
