** 5 "#MakeMeYourPetJude" STARS **

Pet was the one, the girl I wanted to f*ck and love and care for and keep alive.
~ JUDE

Dark, sick, twisted, demented, jaw-dropping, chilling: Take your pick! This book is all of those and more. Much more.

Everything about it is wrong, so wrong, but just as right.

Is it weird that I didn't even cringe ONCE while reading this?

Is it weird that I was awfully drawn to the psycho serial killer, Jude, yet again? His dark humor, his arrogance, his internal struggles, his f*cked-up sense of love, and yes, his thirst and need for blood, all appealed to me.

"It's hard to be afraid of things that go bump in the night when you are more a monster than they."
~ JUDE

Is it weird that I was smiling like the Cheshire Cat and was happy like a kid licking candy when Jude and Pet finally connected on some emotional level?

I fight and I fall. Even farther in love.
~ JUDE

Is it weird that I didn't think badly of Ronnie's reasoning for accepting her faith and embracing her growing affection for Jude? Or that I really wish Jude can go on finding ways to satisfy his urge to kill, meanwhile keeping his Pet alive and his?

Is it weird that I kinda started falling for Agent Donovan Blake, too, after seeing his inner darkness?

"Where one gruesome scene would cause a good man to puke, it would make my heart race with excitement, it would make my d*ck hard to know that there was some poor bastard out there that would be MY next victim, the next man I chased down to imprison or destroy."
~ DONOVAN

Is it weird that I was totally turned on by his twisted bedroom manners and felt guilty about it because it was like picking between him and Jude?

"I have no time for love, pet names or even f*cking first names for that matter. The fact of the matter is that you are confusing my agreement to allow you to ride my c*ck with the idea that I care for you."
~ DONOVAN

Is it weird that I didn't feel sorry AT ALL for Jude's newest victim, Patty Wilson, a young single mother, a crack addict, a pathetic woman in love with her abuser?

NAH.

And even if it is...

...anyway! ;)

I have so many questions in my head right now!!

I seriously can't wait for Volume#3!

After this...

My review for "Serial Volume 1"
October 29, 2014
3.5 Stars!

That freaking cliffy! My mind is working overtime trying to imagine what Jude has discovered.

Now firstly unlike Volume One, this installment takes a darker and morose turn, I'm really worried about Jude. He's trying to fight his dark urges and Detective Donovan Blake is desperate to find and expose the Cascades Killer by any means possible. Even if he has to bait him and risk even more lives being lost. Jude is torn between wanting to kill Ronnie and wanting to protect her from his dark urges.

"You don't know what? I asked and pulled her hands behind her back. "You don't know if you want my cock inside of you? Do you feel guilty for wanting it so bad? For wanting to fuck a killer?"

Once again the story has multiple POV's from the following characters.
1. Jude
2. Donovan Blake
3. Ronnie
and a new character
4. Patty Wilson

Now I spent almost half this book trying to figure out Patty Wilson's relevance to the story. I went from thinking her POV was flashbacks, but by the end of the story her relevance was revealed and I couldn't decide whether or not I liked her. Okay so you're probably wondering why the half star in my rating, yes? Well I missed the dark humour that was in the first installment. Understandably this book was psychologically darker, and Jude is becoming more desperate, the poor sod is trying to change... But I missed his screwed up sense of funny.

So delicate and so fragile.
So easy to crush if I gave in, just fuck i and let the red heat rise.
But I didn't. I fight and I fall.
Even farther in love.

Volume Two ends with a dramatic flair, and I know as a reader the next book is going to blow me away with secrets and revelations.

"the moment of death was my aphrodisiac, not the corpse, not the after effect.

Things are heating up and getting very interesting!

The story is moving forward and the romance between Jude and Ronnie (a.k.a. Pet) is advancing. Ronnie believes everything Jude tells her at first and sees him as the Hero that saved her life, which he actually did. However, what she doesn’t realize is that he also kidnapped her and is holding her and wouldn’t let her leave even if she wanted to. So it is probably good that she doesn’t want to.

By the time she realizes who he is, she has fallen for him and he is already her “safe place” so to speak, so even though he tells her he might not be able to stop himself from hurting her, they take their relationship to the next level. The problem is that Jude’s love for her and her feelings for him don’t seem to curb his crazy.

Jude still has pressure behind his eyes and the “red haze” which wants blood and needs him to kill in order for him to get relief. He feels if he doesn’t then his “Pet” will be at risk and he wants to keep her safe from himself.

The book also continues to follow the FBI case of The CK (Cascades Killer), who they as of yet have no clue is Jude. Agent Donovan Blake is a jerk and describes himself as being very much like the men he hunts aside from the fact he does his hunting behind the safety of the bureau. He is having a torrid affair with his underling agent Emily Chase, whom he treats like crap in front of the other male members of the team and is dominating in the bedroom, which I guess she likes, but it all seems crazy to me, so maybe he is a lot like Jude.

The story also followed this other couple on and off throughout the book which turned out to intersect with some of our main characters toward the end, right before the cliffhanger. So it is on to the next book. The storyline has been so intriguing, and steamy and at this point I just don’t know who or what I am rooting for. Though I do know that I hate the FBI guy Blake, so I hope he doesn’t catch the CK.

4 SERIAL STARS! ★★★★

"I couldn't stop. I wouldn't stop. I didn't want to stop. I wanted to destroy her and rebuild her from the inside out, tear her apart and lick her wounds with anxious care."

That moment when you reached the end of a chapter and your finger keeps swiping to the next page...to only find that it's the end of the book D:

NEED VOLUME THREE NOW. DAMN YOU CLIFFHANGERS!!

*******

Although Serial, Volume 2 starts off by introducing us to a new (major?) character's POV, this instalment picks up not long off after the abrupt ending in the first volume. So don't worry Jude lovers, you'll still get your fix of Jude's twisted thoughts and his ever-loving need to kill.

I'm going to keep this review to a minimal and not over-indulge into any spoilery plot details because y'know, that's the best part of these kind of reads. I REFUSE TO SPOIL ANYONE!

I'm glad to report that this one has rather stepped up a notch from the previous one as we're finally getting a better insight with these characters. The answers to some of my queries from the past volume has come to light BUT more burning questions are surfacing instead. Subtle breadcrumbs are dropped by our maniacal authors throughout the book which initially I failed to notice and by the time we approach a twist...it finally hit me that I've failed to notice the little details earlier on.

Also I'm starting to have a major liking towards Agent Donovan Blake. He's definitely stepped up a huge notch in trying to take down Jude and I love where the authors are trying to go with his character right now. Agent Blake is sure as hell as disturbing as Jude himself, so naturally I'm loving this man too. So very keen to see what's next for him!

"In truth, there wasn't much different between the killers I hunted and myself. Every crime on their part was a play for the feeling of power."

The only person that still leaves me baffled is Ronnie. I still have zero idea where the authors are going with her character and now there's a slight shift in this Ronnie/Jude dynamic. Again, something that I'm very curious to see how it's all gonna play out eventually hmmm.

*******

Overall, Volume 2 certainly provided me what I needed from the first book but still leaves me begging for more. I mean, that cliffhanger there is NOT A JOKE! Also I devoured this book in 2 hours straight and it left me conflicted for I now love both Jude and Agent Blake. Siding the good guy or the bad guy? Who knows ;)

Well I'll be on my way now to harass those ladies to conjure up the next volume ASAP.

Serial, Volume 2 is part of a series collaboration by Lily White & Jaden Wilkes and SHOULD NOT be read as a standalone.

First of all I have to say the writing once again is fab!!!
It flows so well that I really don't know what author is writing what.

Now the continuing story.....

Sometimes in a book you come across something you read that gives you an uncomfortable feeling, I love dark reads but even I have a switch off button. With this one its there but it passes quite quickly then it returns again.. I haven't seen it raised in any other reviews so it may just be me.
So for that reason I didn't enjoy it as much as the first.
 photo images_zpsd19d8b48.jpg

Now the plus side of the story...

I love the fact that this story is different and yes it has lost some of the darker humour from the first part but its still an engrossing serial.
I love the characters, dark and twisted but theres something else to them too, something I'm looking forward to finding out about...
I can't wait to see where this story goes and it's going to be good....

Dear Jaden Wilkes and Lily White,

You owe me new hair. (I pulled all of mine out whilst reading.)

Also:
description

Because you nailed it!!!

I don't leave a ton of overly excited reviews, mostly because I'm just really fucking picky, and reading a book where nothing at all bothers me is a rarity, but this was one of them.

Holy shit.

I really liked the first one, but this one was way better than the first one. Maybe just because in the first book, we were still in the getting-to-know-you phase. In this book, I knew the players, but then these little mysteries were thrown in, things I didn't expect, and I wasn't paying enough attention (because I didn't expect a twist) so when I realized I was approaching one, I got that giddy, wide-eyed moment of "OHMYGOD!" Which I never get, so it was so exciting, and then once that happened, it never stopped. The story kept going full-steam-ahead...right to the edge of the fucking cliff!!!

Everything about this book was awesome. I mean, not that I never cringed, but I was supposed to cringe. Everyone in this book is super fucked up--cringing is bound to happen on occasion.

Reading this book was a total roller coaster ride. I actually didn't have the time to read it all in one sitting, but I completely abandoned my other responsibilities to do just that, and I'm not even sorry.

That cliffhanger though. Oh my god, that was so evil. I can't even with how evil that was.

NEXT BOOK NOW, PLEASE!!

*More lucid review to come*

Wow ~ Serial V2, Jaden & Lily have proven yet again how twisted they really are together.

In Volume 2 we meet many new characters, Patty a young trouble girl who is dealing with a shitty boyfriend/pimp named Jason along with a baby and a drunken mother and no hoper stepfather type.

Donovan is fighting dirty to hunt Jude down but are the lines getting blurred.

Jude, is his usual charming self to the outside world playing his role of successful business man perfectly, but will Ronnie embrace the real Jude and where does Patty fit into this crazy puzzle......

Highly recommend read 5*****

“Honey, I’m home,” I yelled, took off my coat and dropped it as I moved down the hall.  I laughed at the absurdity of the situation, it was anything but a domestic scene.

I will start this review with this : Is it December 3rd yet? ! I feel like my heart can't wait another minute. I need Volume three now! !

 photo 8729322_zps1878a436.gif

Volume one was a twisted and dark ride. Volume two is even better. The suspense is killing me. We have new characters. We meet Donovan's other side and Jude's life is getting more complicated by the minute.

Love. I believed this was it. I was in love. Fuck.

Let's not forget Pet. I know her life hasn't been easy, but she did surprise me.

“Are you kidding me?” she asked and pulled back, a look of surprise firmly planted on her features. “That was insane. Epic. Hands down the craziest fucking orgasm I’ve ever had. I lost consciousness, how crazy is that?”

I strongly recommend Serial.

Wow....this was a hell of a great book 2!!!

This twisted relationship between Jude and Ronnie is beyond the word crazy. So perfectly wrong but the need and desire on the level they have for each other is beautifully astonishing.

 photo PicsArt_1429146142068_zpsijpby4ua.jpg

The moment Ronnie, Jude's Pet, realizes the severity of the situation she is faced is awesone. Her true emotions are made clear and strangely emotional and as a reader I think I may be crazy but it was beautiful.

"She sought safety, and I was seeking sanity from her."

Jude and Ronnie really do love each other. Believing this craziness is odd but wonderful, they really do need each other's level of obsession.

"I couldn't stop, I wouldn't stop. I didn't want to stop. I wanted to destroy her and rebuild her from the inside out, tear her apart and lick her wounds with anxious care."

The little treat of this book.....we get to watch Detective Donavan Blake search and analyze Jude. Donovan's story is more intriguing than your normal detective......his story is sexy and twisting.

"Don't worry beautiful, I'll take control and show you what it's like to be with a man as dangerous as the ones you hunt." ~ Donovan

Jude is one sick bastard!!!

How can you be soooo evil but still captivate my Corazon? I have no idea how its possible but that must be a good indication that my head aint screwed on tight LOL.
 photo halloween-2-horror-movie-o.gif
Jude stalks his victims like prey, prancing until he has the opportunity to decimate. The worst part is you will never see this beautiful, charming, educated, wealthy man anything but. And when Jude strikes - he strikes to KILL

Unfortunately, for the scaddywags roaming the streets, they are prime meat because once Jude fancies to quench his red hot urges, his only option is to kill.. By any means necessary.

So heffers better RUN, because shit just got real.

THOUGHTS, Although, the premise was dark and original the writing lacked the synchronization and flow that captivates its reader from the first page. The story felt rushed with minimal details with actions and words scattered all over the place. Maybe its just me or maybe its the authors writing technique. Whatever it was - it just didn't work for me. But that wont interfere with me moving onto the 3rd book. My curiosity has gotten the best of me.

Patty:"He wanted a blowjob from her, and right now that made her feel like a fucking Disney Princess."

Jude: "It’s hard to be afraid of things that go bump in the night when you are more a monster than they."

Roonie: "The more time I spent with him, the more I realized I was a possession. But I didn’t care. It was obvious that he took great care of everything he owned."

EL Detective Donovan Blak: "The fact of the matter is that you are confusing my agreement to allow you to ride my cock with the idea that I care for you."

Es difícil decidir cuál de los personajes esta mas fuked up.

Again my mouth is hanging open.
Again I need my mommy and blanky.
I am heartbroken.
The last few pages have me extremely worried.

I am loving this series more and more as it goes on.

Jaden and Lily writing together is just sensational?
Fantastic?
Twisted?
Sick?

There isn't even a word to described the writing.

The minds of these two have completely blown me away.
I have laughed during certain parts (not meant to funny I'm sure but I am sick)
I have cringed.
Swore
Hugged my blanky.

That to me is what a fantastic book should do.

Great job ladies!!
Now quit stalking this review and get to writing.

Unpredictable Gritty Plot with Dark Intriguing Characters!

"It’s hard to be afraid of things that go bump in the night when you are more a monster than they."

What is going to happen? I'm at a loss for words. WOW! This installment didn't have as much intensity as the first, however I'm still hooked. I feel like I'm watching episodes of Dexter/Criminal Minds! What I love most is the unpredictable plot, I have no idea what's going to happen. Another thing is the different perspectives, I know we are getting into the minds of different players/characters for a reason but who knows why? Will Jude be able to change or forever be challenged by his needs. How will a relationship with Ronnie work. We didn't get too much from her this time, I'm hoping for her thoughts in the next one. I'm so damned intrigued with Jude's character. I'm disturbed at my need for Jude. One part of me hopes he can change for Ronnie, but my evil part wants him to give in to his urges and wreak havoc and destruction.

"It’s natural though, you being attracted to me. The thing is, every woman adores a pack leader, it’s coded in our human DNA. No matter what our culture tells us about sensitive men and equality of the sexes, there’s something about a violent man that speaks to you on a cellular level."

Did I forget to mention the mysterious & sadistic FBI agent that I think could actually be a serial killer too. I think there's so much more behind the scenes, this was just a tease if what's really coming, there's hints within the pages of secrets of the past and forgotten memories. I really can't wait to find out more!

Volume two takes us deeper into the characters we desperately want to know more about Jude & Agent Donovan.

Jude's darkness is morphing... into something even he doesn't know. Being in such close proximity with Ronnie is testing his willpower and I'm not sure how long he can keep the beast at bay. His outer facade seems to be cracking a bit, which can only free the beast more.

Agent Donovan is a man in control. His hunt for the CK killer is showing us that maybe it takes an animal to find an animal. Donovan's own darkness is seeping to the surface in volume two which makes me desperately want volume three to see just how far this law man will go..

Lily & Jaden have once again given us just enough to get wrapped up into this twisted sick tale only to leave us with more questions and a desire to delve in deeper into the mind of a serial killer.

We're left on the cusp of a revelation. One I think I know. And can't wait to find out if I'm right

Was gifted a copy of this book for a honest review.

Jaden and Lily, the two dark diva's once again take you on a dark and twisted rollercoaster ride.

I waited patiently for this book and was not disappointed, it follows on straight from book one with the addition of Patty a young mother/prostitute.

There are twists and turns throughout, is Jude becoming careless now he has 'pet'?,is Donovan on the right track?. What will happen next??, I haven't a clue all I can say is by the end I was hanging off a cliff by my fingertips.

This series just gets better and better and I would like book 3 tomorrow!!!

Well well well... Jaden and Lily prove that they must have been separated at birth. These two ladies must share the same twisted mind or have some psychic connection. Their collaboration in the Serial series is beyond amazing. Their writing styles merge so seamlessly that if you didn't know it was written by the two of them, you'd swear the story came from one author.

In Serial Volume Two, we are given more insight to Jude and his seriously twisted reasoning for doing what he does and how he thinks that Ronnie is his ticket to normalcy. He uses her presence in his life as a means to ground him and work his way to living the life he believes he's expected to live but the downfall of it all is that his desire for her only grows causing him to unleash all of his darkest desires on other women. As his time with her increases so do his trips out to unwind.

I have to say, I truly enjoy reading Jude's POV. He's intelligent, witty, charismatic as well as dark and twisted. He's a complete enigma. He's in a constant battle with his dark side and the side he wants to nurture for Ronnie. With Ronnie's character, I'm still on the fence about her. Her personality tends to grate on my nerves but only because she's so naive and willing to just go with everything. There's not much fight in her and I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. I know she came from a hard background and I can understand she's just tired of fighting the crap that life deals her but I feel she gave in too soon. However, with this story and serial as a whole, I can't wait to see how this all goes.

Now with Agent Donovan, I think he's even more twisted than Jude. Sure he's hunting him down but he's enjoying Jude's work a little too much. I really can't make out how much of a good guy he really is. He, himself, is an enigma in his role in all this but he's a character you love no matter what. So many characters to love, hate, like and dislike that I was completely entertained and kept wanting more. This story feeds my dark side and I'm thankful for authors like Lily White and Jaden Wilkes because they share their gift of the dark with us.

Volume Two is much, much more suspenseful than Volume One, in my opinion and with a cliffy that had me on the edge of my seat...CANNOT wait for Volume 3.

First off I want to tell you my reaction to the end of the book... *trying to continue to swipe my kindle to turn the page, face palm when I realize that its the end, rolling of the eyes and me saying, "Are you fucking kidding me?"* These ladies have a way of pissing us off and making us want more of their twisted tales at the same time. You can bet your sweet ass that I can't wait for the next volume!
In volume two we meet a new character right off the bat...Patty, a young girl trying to better herself for her and her baby, but her boyfriend/pimp won't let her that easily. She's a constant throughout the book which makes you wonder if she will be a victim of Jude and if not then where does she fit in all of this?

Donovan...he's a twisted fuck too...yes he takes down the bad guys but he might be just a twisted as some of the baddies he hunts. There is a darkness about him that intrigues me and scares me a bit at the same time. He also comes off as very arrogant to me...I'd like to throat punch him. I have to say that I like Jude more than him...

Ronnie or Pet, I'm not sure whether to feel sorry for her or envious...yeah...I know.
She has this hold over Jude, we don't know what it is and I don't think he really knows himself. Love? He seems to think it is, but I'm not so sure. Either way, because of her he is slipping up and its becoming harder for him to hold back with her.

Jude, Jude, Jude...If you keep up with your shit you're going to get caught! Why should I care, right?!?! I don't know what it is about Jude but I find myself cheering him on and rooting against Donovan... What have Lily and Jaden done to my morals?? I mean, he kills innocent women! What is wrong with me!?!? Don't get me wrong, I'm NOT rooting for him to kill innocent women...I just want him to find what he needs to make himself better, to be able to stop being a killer and be...normal? I don't know...I blame it all on Jaden and Lily, they have me all kinds of confused over Jude!

Volume two, like the first, was most excellent and I recommend it to anyone who has any a love of the darker reads... 4.5 Rockin' stars!

Lily White and Jaden Wilkes have done it, again. They have created a masterpiece of darkness. The first book left us wondering what would happen to Ronnie’s co-worker Noreen who looked set to be the next victim of Jude. What the ‘deal’ was with Agent Donovan and would Ronnie click as to the darkness that lies within Jude.

We have a couple of those queries answered in this instalment but also a few other questions are raised. One is in relation to one of Jude’s friends (sorry no more of my speculations as to why will be divulged), another is in what will happen to the new character introduced (via her POV) in this part of the story, Patty. The final is what is the sense of déjà vu that Jude keeps getting (I think I know at least part due to the back story given this time around), that is going to be an interesting read, how will Ronnie react?

In regards to the FBI agent, we are given a bit more of an insight into his thought processes, and those thoughts are disturbing to say the least. They had me going ‘oh, that’s sick’ for a start! How he will end up at the end of the story is still a mystery, and I love that fact.

Noreen, well we all knew how that was going to turn out. The only query was as to how that was going to come about.

Ronnie, well we all knew she was a deluded woman. Perhaps I had misjudged the full extent of that delusion though. Sick, stupid woman…..

Again I’m not sure how to classify this novel, apart from a deeply disturbing read that keeps you gripped (yup I guess I must be slightly sick and twisted too) and wanting to know how the characters stories will end up. I for one cannot wait to find this out.

Please note that I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Come on, come on, where’s book 3!!
This series is just like watching your favorite series on HBO or Starz or whatever channel your heart desires. Just when the episode ends you are dying for next week to come. That’s me right now! Jude….oh Jude, how can I possibly love your sick ass so much? Detective Donovan ummm I don’t like you! Yeah that’s me the girl that doesn’t like the “good guy” but loves the warped, demented killer. Don’t judge me! This book picks up right where the last one left us and they have added a new character into the mix, so I am curious to see where that goes. To be honest I can’t wait to see how he integrates Ronnie into his “real” everyday life. I think THAT’S going to be interesting and uncomfortable LOL! I figured out the secret or revelation at the end pretty early on because I am brilliant like that :) but I can’t wait till the other character figures it out …… With the way these two authors spit out book 2 I know we won’t have to wait too long for book 3 so if you haven’t started these yet, now would be a good time.

I was given an arc for an honest review.

In this installment, we learn just how far Jude has strayed from the beaten path. His life is about making choices. Choices that are different from the norm because his they allow his 'pet' to live while giving into his urges. Violence runs through his veins and without an outlet, it could put Ronnie in even more danger than she's already in.

Agent Blake makes a bold statement to try to lure Jude (the CK Killer) out of hiding. It could end up backfiring or it could entice Jude to act out in a way that could give away his identity.

We are also introduced to Jude's newest victim. Unlike in Volume One, we get her backstory that pulls at your heartstrings a little. Jude randomly picks her... or does he? Will this victim end up being the mistake in his plan?

I was pulled in from the very beginning in Volume Two. I just read and read until I realized I was at the end... and what a friggen ending!! These ladies... Pure genius! I can't wait to see what Volume Three has in store.

Wow another fantastic Dark Book, Serial Volume 2 by Lily White and Jaden Wilkes! Is it so wrong to love Jude? Lily & Jaden, I often wonder how you come up with books like this one! There really is something very wrong with him and yet I love him. Pet (aka Ronnie) has found out about Jude. He wanted her to know. How scary it must be that she knows that Jude is a killer and he is holding her captive, yet she wants him at the same time and Jude keeps trying to find someone that he can keep alive so he can protect Pet from himself. Now the waiting begins again for Volume 3. If I had any complaints at all about the Serial Series it would be that I hate waiting for the next book in the series! And as with Volume 1 Serial Volume 2 ends in a cliffhanger. Another great book and great teamwork!

Arc provided for honest review

Serial Volume 2 starts where part 1 ended so if you haven't read part 1, stop and go grab it now or you'll be lost.

So while I liked part 1, I think part 2 was even better. We find out more about each character and even some new ones and get to start really seeing how messed up each one is with a whole new level of craziness!! Lily and Jaden don't hold back and give us many more cringe worthy moments that leave me thinking how can these 2 authors come up with this stuff. Only problem I can say I have is I'm left wanting more like right now because I need to know what's gonna happen but I'm left hanging !!

Jude is still disturbingly a favorite character for me and If that makes me twisted, so be it. I can't wait for more. Please hurry and put me outta my misery!!!!

To really appreciate how brilliant this series is you really have to read book one first. This second instalment follows on directly from book one with an introduction to a new character by the name of Patty, instantly I felt sorry for her as I knew this wasn't going to end well for her especially if Jude had anything to do with it. Talking of Jude, I know he's a sick SOB (and I know I shouldn't) but I couldn't help liking him a little more as the story went on, he genuinely feels something for his Pet and she is happy to get his attention.

There are a few more twists in this volume and, like the first, it ends at a crucial moment...well done ladies I want more already!!!

Volume 3 can't come quick enough!!

gifted a copy for a honest review , so now I'm going to be honest. if you can't handle a great dark book then walk away this isn't for you. If you haven't read Volume I what the hell are you waiting for and it's a must if you want to read Volume II . I'm so sucked into what will happen with Pet & Jude . Every page leaves you sitting on the edge of your seat wanting more needing more. The story grabs you and sucks you in . By the end of volume II I'm wondering what will happen and finding myself needing to have volume III now.

Four Sick and Twisted Stars
Serial Volume Two was darker and more twisted than Volume One. It was the cliff-hanger that threw me off at the end. The one thing I notice about the writing is even though it is dark and sick, it isn't written in gory detail. The authors keep the focus on the story line. It is probably one of the reasons I enjoyed the first two books and will definitely read the third.
This series is not for everyone but I can say I am enjoying it!!
