Creamy white chocolate has never tasted so good...
Sweet, romantic omega Adrian knows a good cause when he sees one, so when the town rallies together to hold a bachelor auction to build a new wing for the children's hospital, he jumps right in, putting his cookies, a date package, and himself up for bidding. His date is everything he'd hoped for and Adrian finally sees a light at the end of the dark tunnel that has been his romantic life. He's worked for his father's bookstore for years, and is crushed when it appears the family might lose their business to a property developer. Unfortunately, that developer is closer to home than he thought, and now everything is in limbo.
Wealthy, stoic, and handsome, alpha Nolan has had his romantic excitement and is busy concentrating on expanding his property development business. He has no time for silly holiday parties, but can’t resist a good charitable cause, so he grudgingly joins his friend Jason.
His prize is beyond all expectations, and for the first time in years, he looks forward to getting inside the heart and mind of an omega. But matters of the heart are never simple, especially when real-life interests collide...
White Chocolate Winter is book five in Season Two of the Bake Sale Bachelors series. Pour a cup of egg-nog and jump into this story with plenty of MPREG love, a match made in white chocolate heaven, a sweet baby and an HEA to melt your heart!
Very disappointed with the characters, they were flat & I felt no real connection to them at all. There was no chemistry between Nolan & Adrian, it was just so boring & lifeless to read, which is very disappointing from this author.
White chocolate cookies with sea salt a irresistible fusion of sweet and salt are the cookies of choice in the third book of the Bake Sale Bachelors Second Season. The new wing of the Children's Hospital was going to benefit from the proceeds of the Bachelor charity auction. The Alpha bachelors would bid on the anonymous plates of cookies along with a date package. The baking Omega MC hated being alone but his family & friend were worried about him going from one relationship to another.
The Alpha had a history of being an Omega's man. Lots of dating until now. He was a bit of gun shy after his last relationship ended. He'd immersed himself in the prosperous business his father had begun many years ago. When he's announced the winning bid, he actually considers the Omega to be the prize not the other way around. The Alpha felt so lucky. Something about the Omega really touched something deep inside him. He felt the Omega was adorable, kind, sweet, and service oriented. luckily the feelings were mutual. The Omega felt connected to the tall, handsome, suave alpha. But their difference in social stature didn't make a difference. The Alpha was down to earth and the well read educated Omega held his own partially with his appealing personality.
Despite the great times the two of them experienced together - there was something happening in the background that had the ability to tear them apart. These two men were very family oriented. They worked with their fathers and were proud of their family businesses. The more time they spent with each other they saw in their families the love they wanted to emulate and a desire to create a family of their own. This is a sweet Mpreg tale just in time to bring some Christmas cheer. Enjoy!
II don't normally give low ratings and I try to explain why when I do.
This is the third book in the second season of the Bake Sale Bachelors mpreg series by multiple authors. Unfortunately, this book was a little "bleh".
The characters were very... unreal? They seemed too perfect even when they were upset. It was like one of those 50s sitcoms with the perfect family, the never-ending smiles with over-dramatic dialogue. For example:"Oh sweetie" and "hey bro". I could see guys saying these lines, just not in the context they were used. (Once again, picture 50s sitcoms with dramatic expressions.)
The characters were also very underdeveloped personality wise. I've heard of optimism, but Adrian reached a whole new level. Either he's already on the good drugs or he needs therapy. Even Nolan just went with the flow with barely a blink. I picture them as plastic dolls with that glazed look in their eyes and a plastic smile.
This wasn't horrible. I've read worse. It at least had a plot and was readable... it just wasn't much more than that. I was pretty disappointed because I know this author can do so much better.
This was book 2 in the"Bake Sale Bachelors Season Two". Sweet omega Adrian is a hopeless romantic he doesn't like to be alone. Adrian is always up for helping out his community so when the bake sale auction comes up he bakes white chocolate chip cookies. Alpha Nolan is a wealthy property developer who comes to the auction with a friend he knows its for a good cause and he is also looking to meet a hot omega when he taste the white chocolate cookies he makes a bid. These two hit it off and begin dating. Adrian who works in his families bookstore learns that there landlord is trying to push them out knows that he has to do something to save the store he hopes to inherit someday. Nolan finds out that his company is the one that wants to takeover the bookstore and he knows he has to do something or he risk losing Adrian. These two get another surprise which makes Adrian nervous. This was a pretty good read this book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
Cookies grabbed his attention. The baker grabbed his heart.
I am so glad the Bake Sale Bachelors books are back! This multi- author series is a low angst, sexy, funny, delightfully sweet, good time. This time we have Adrian & his white chocolate sea salt cookies that snag Nolan at the bachelor auction. The attraction between them is as intense as it is inevitable. As they forge ahead, they will meet & overcome obstacles, test their love, and find the support of their families. HEA is assured. Ooh, did I mention a darling baby? And snow angels? As you read, notice the attention to detail and personality that makes this story come alive. You will fall in love with the characters as I did. In short, you will love this book! This book contains adult themes and language, mm sex and is intended for mature readers only.
I really liked the beginning of the book. But, once their relationship got more serious it was all darling and sweetie. A bit too sweet for my tastes. And the big conflict I expected turned to nothing. It seems to be that way with almost all of the books in this series.
What an awesome, fun night the charity bake sale ( baked dessert with a date with an eligible bachelor) turns out to be for Omega Adrian with his white chocolate chip cookies and Alpha Nolan. Enjoy Nolan and Adrian experience the delight, the complications and all their steamy moments of their new relationship!!!
Adrian makes white chocolate cookies in the hopes of sharing an alpha for a long-term relationship. Nolan got talked into going to the bake sale. But he just had to win those cookies. Chocolate heaven!
Everything was so shallow I couldn't connect to anything. Their meeting at the auction, their dates, the issue with the business - everything was mentioned and then skimmed over.
Super quick, light read and another cookie to crave. I liked Nolan and Adrian together and I thought the conflict had great potential. I was looking forward to some fireworks when Adrian found out that Nolan and his dad were trying to take over the building that houses Adrian's father's bookstore. I think the resolution came a little too easily though.
