- Jack Rubin was born on July 8, 1910 in New York, USA. He was a writer, known for Baby Face Morgan (1942), The Undercover Man (1949) and French Leave (1948). He died on October 10, 1952 in Beverly Hills, California, USA.
- Radio writer for a number of years, Rubin also headed up RKO's exploitation department later leaving to pursue serious writing. He wrote for "Hallmark Playhouse" and "Screen Directors Guild", as well as a radio series based upon the stage play "You Can't Take It With You".
