In Highlander when Duncan MacLeod (also played by Adrian Paul) said the same thing to his student, Richie Ryan, after taking a Dark Quickening. Also Neville pulls a sword on Ravi similar to MacLeod's katana, and when Neville is destroyed it is similar to a Quickening from Highlander.
