Design: The six potted 30-day-old plants were used for experiment. Three potted kenaf were set as control check(CK) which were planted under normal condition; whereas the other three potted kenaf were planted under salt stress condition which were set as special treatment(ST). The concentration of NaCl solution was 200mM. The shoot tip of the six potted kenaf were individually sampled.
