The group is honored for its exemplary professionalism in the development of the 100-day report on the risks in the semiconductor manufacturing and advanced packaging supply chains. The group demonstrated exemplary coordination and execution of a research, analysis, and expository activity managed by the Bureau of Industry and Security and implemented across the DOC agencies in response to supply chain disruptions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, cyberattack, and other conditions that have reduced the availability of information and communication technology (ICT) critical goods and services.
