- It was Abedi's sister who said this.[1] It is similar to the motive that one of the killers gave for the Murder of Lee Rigby. Salman Abedi did not leave behind any personal explanation of why he had done it, but the motive was clearly Islamist extremism.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 09:39, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
