Support and I propose to start the sentence with the full name as is done for other Greeks (see Kostas Papanikolaou), the full name is already in the box. I propose to start the first sentence as Spyridon "Spyros" Matentzidis unless there is evidence that his official name is Spyros or Spiros and not Spyridon which is the default for Orthodox Greek names.
