Robert W. Glover was a Missionary Baptist pastor, postmaster, judge, and state legislator in Aroansas. He served in both houses of the Arkansas Legislature. He lived in Sheridan, Arkansas. In 1909 he introduced the resolution calling for the establishment of four state agricultural colleges.[1] His brother David Delano Glover was a U.S. congressman. His son became a religious leader.

In 1907 he announced his campaign for state senate.[2]
