I do not believe that the individual in this article (Egor Lavrov) meets the Wikipedia standards for notability (WP:N). In addition, the individual who created the page and has maintained the non-neutral point of view [Registrator1] does not address the verifiability of the article (WP:Verifiability). Article was published over 2 yeas ago and attempts to delete it and/or to vandalize it began a couple of weeks ago, when Egor Lavrov launched a popular internet project called "tattoolizator" http://www.tattoolizator.com/ This project attracted a lot of interest after it was published on engadget http://www.engadget.com/2008/07/20/engadget-logo-makes-top-10-in-crazed-mans-tattoo-contest/
