Asankodai a village with around 30 families.It comes under perumpallam panchayat kodaikkanl taluk dindigul dt Tamilnadu.Asankodai the village without road acilities surrounded by thandikudi by north,Pachalur by south KC patty by east and Perumpallam by west. It was founded by Thiru Ramaswamy manadiar in 1900. This place was a dense forest which he converted as a cultivation land. Latter they planted coffee,banana,Orange,Lemon.
