I've modified your description to the AFM diagram (:File:AFM diagram.png) by changing aluminium to alkali. Also modified the paragraphs using the image in Calc-alkaline magma series and Tholeiitic magma series. In igneous petrology the "A" represents the alkali oxides (Na2O and K2O). In metamorphic petrology a similar AFM diagram has A representing aluminium. Vsmith (talk) 23:35, 25 August 2011 (UTC)

:Thanks! That's definitely correct--I actually knew that. Not sure why I switched that up.Rppeabody (talk) 00:27, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for uploading File:MarsGlacier.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 09:43, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly unfree File:MarsGlacier.png

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:MarsGlacier.png, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. --Huntster (t @ c) 19:33, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Hunster, after you listed my image as unfree, I responded, and nothing's happened. Since you haven't responded, does that mean it's not unfree? Sorry, I'm a little new to this and don't know all the procedures. I'm anxious to get this resolved, since I think all the articles on ESA missions and bodies studied by ESA suffer from not having any images because of the misunderstanding I laid out in my response.Rppeabody (talk) 16:42, 2 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

does anyone have a good image of an AFM diagram?

Look here:

Thanks for your help. I found an AFM diagram, modified it to be in English, and posted it on the calc-alkaline and tholeiitic pages.Rppeabody (talk) 15:50, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Image tagging for File:AFM diagram.png

Thanks for uploading File:AFM diagram.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from or who created it. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:06, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your help. I'm new to this, and the image policy is confusing. I have modified the image source information and removed the tag. Please let me know if I modified it appropriately.Rppeabody (talk) 02:11, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Neutral opinion requested

Hi, I see that you are a participant at WikiProject Mesoamerica, and have some knowledge in that area. I'm in an edit dispute at Salvia hispanica (also known as "chia") over the addition of content relating to the plant's use in Mesoamerica. Would you mind giving your opinion at Talk:Salvia hispanica? Republican Party

I totally agree with your most recent edit but don't you think that the info box should also right "right-wing" and not "centre-right"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fshoutofdawater (talkcontribs) 18:12, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! I'll fix that.Rppeabody (talk) 18:16, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

AFM diagram

I've modified your description to the AFM diagram (File:AFM diagram.png) by changing aluminium to alkali. Also modified the paragraphs using the image in Calc-alkaline magma series and Tholeiitic magma series. In igneous petrology the "A" represents the alkali oxides (Na2O and K2O). In metamorphic petrology a similar AFM diagram has A representing aluminium. Vsmith (talk) 23:35, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
