Song |
Heart of Fire is a song by American rock band Black Veil Brides off their album Black Veil Brides IV. It was the first single off that album, being released on September 8, 2014. It was aired on BBC Radio 1's Rock Show in September. During the shooting of the music video, Andy Biersack quoted: "It was summertime in LA and we were on an outdoor set, surrounded by fire. So, the level of sweating and heat, I couldn't even explain... the fire marshal had to come and check on our CC (Christian Coma, drums) every couple of minutes, because it seemed like he was going to die behind the kit. If you look in the video, he's got that massive steel BVB logo on fire only about three feet from his head."
The song talks about never to let your passion for something burn out because of the world around you and their opinion on something. "The song 'Heart Of Fire' is about how time and circumstance change you and how the goal is always to not let the passion that you have for something that you love burn out because the world around you changes it", says Biersack.
