Julia is Let's girlfriend. Julia is some what of a feisty blond who's loud, rowdy, and not above beating people up to get her way, sassy and friendly rather than distant., which is a polar opposite to the cool and calm Let. Despite being rather thin, her martial arts skills and strength are just as great as her boyfriend's. She has bad habits of sleeping when she gets the chance. Her attitude and way of thinking is somewhat very similar to Hamrio Musica's. She has strong beliefs for women. She also likes teasing the others, including drawing on Let's face while he's asleep and constant teasing of Belnika's fondness for Haru Glory.
Unlike Let, Julia failed her rite-of-passage and becoming a full dragon and came under control of Jegan, losing all her emotions and memories while being a dragon. After she was restored back to her human form, Let and her got separated from the others, and set out to find them, thus rejoining the team. At the final manga volume, Julia is shown to be working in a casino owned by Ruby, however, she seems to cost Ruby more money as she was shown wrecking the casino when one person was found cheating.
She only appears as dragon form in the anime series. For the manga series, she was reverted back to human form. The anime was cancelled before her return was animated.
