Otay Mesa is a borough of Tijuana Municipality, located northwest of the State of Baja California.

Geography

Otay Mesa is located to the north of Tijuana. Adjacent to the San Diego County census designated place of the same name, Otay Mesa. The the Bureau and Center borough are to the west, and to the east is the Centre borough. The Port of Entry at Otay Mesa is one of the two ports of entry in San Diego, California, the other port of entry in San Ysidro six miles west.

Delegation and Main Roads

The offices of this borough are the Calzada Tecnológico S/N Fracc. Altabrisa. The main roads are:

• Lazaro Cardenas Boulevard

Shopping and Gastronomic Second District

This delegation has two shopping centers: Centro Comercial Otay: This square is Coemrcial Mexicana, SEARS , Telcel , Group Three, El Aguila, Dax, and near these Soriana. Plaza Americana Otay: Located right in front of Centro Comercial Otay, in Lazaro Cardenas cruises, Industrial Blvd. In this marketplace there are Burger King , Cinepolis , Gusher, Telcel. Otay Mesa is a gastronomic second district in the municipality, especially in Chinese food, Italian (Dominos Pizza, Guissepis), Mexican and more.
