Dawn (Dawn Robinson album)

Dawn is the debut album by American singer-songwriter Dawn Robinson, it was released on January 29, 2002 by Atlantic Records and "LeftSide Entertainment". The album was released 6 years after her departure from En Vogue and roughly a year after leaving Lucy Pearl. "Dawn" includes the single "Envious".

Background

The album was written and recorded after Dawn decided to quit Lucy Pearl. Robinson wrote/co-wrote 7 songs for the album. "Dawn" was released in early 2002. It was the third album released by a member of En Vogue after Terry Ellis's and Rhona Bennett's debut albums.
