Dr. Jianlin Jack Cheng is an associate professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of Missouri, Columbia. He earned his PhD from the University of California-Irvine. [1]

His research interests include bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning and data mining. His current research is focused on protein structure and function prediction [2], 3D genome structure modeling [3], and biological network construction [4].
