Adalagere is a village in the southern state of Karnataka with ancient temple of Cholas Rule Era.located at Altitude: 780 meters. Above Sea level.Serene big lake beside the village called as "Adalagere Kere".Total 518 families residing in adalagere as per Population Census 2011.

The Adalagere village has population of 2060 of which 1027 are males while 1033 are females as per Population Census 2011. In Adalagere village population of children with age 0-6 is 212 which makes up 10.29 % of total population of village. Average Sex Ratio of Adalagere village is 1006 which is higher than Karnataka state average of 973. Child Sex Ratio for the Adalagere as per census is 1038, higher than Karnataka average of 948.

In 2011, literacy rate of Adalagere village was 76.52 % compared to 75.36 % of Karnataka. In Adalagere Male literacy stands at 83.86 % while female literacy rate was 69.19 %.
