Intro

I am a part-time geek, part-time motivator, part-time depressive-realist, part-time catdaddy.

I hail from Canada. I have a love-hate relationship with the city I live, which is greatly emphasized during winter (which is 9 months) or when there's a Habs-Leafs game.

Macs, Wikipedia, coffee and cigarettes are my addictions, so are friends and love.

Declaration of Potential Bias (or "Exercise in Self Indulgence")

  • I was born in Turkey, and love the country (as most Turks do).
  • I have Greek and Armenian friends and love their company.
  • I am Muslim, and regularly read the Quran, The Old Testament, and the New Testament.
  • I am an engineer, and hence an avid supporter of Science, but,
  • I was a qualitative researcher, hence believe in the uniqueness of each and every case. In brief, we don't do regressions on people nor do we believe in equal sign when it comes to human beings.
  • My girlfriend has two cats and she loves them to death. By principle of association, I love those cats, though I might be termed as a "dog person".
  • I believe Rush is the greatest Rock band on the face of the earth.
  • I am a liberal.
  • I am a Scorpio.
