Gunner Duvall Stockton is an American football quarterback for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Early life and high school

Stockton was born in Tiger, Georgia and attended Rabun County High School where he lettered in football and baseball.[1] In his high school career, Stockton completed 878 of his 1,273 pass attempts for 13,652 yards, 177 touchdowns and 17 interceptions. Stockton would also rush for 4,372 yards and 77 touchdowns.[2] He was rated a four-star recruit and originally committed to play college football at South Carolina[3][4] but instead committed to play college football at Georgia.[5][6]

College career

During Stockton's true freshman season in 2022, he completed one pass for nine yards during the annual G-Day intrasquad game.

During the 2023 season, he played in three games and finished the season with completing six out of nine passing attempts for 52 yards and an interception. He completed three out of five passing attempts for 29 yards as a reserve quarterback during the season opener and his collegiate debut against UT Martin.[7][8]
