[WikiEN-l] Request for arbitration

OK, I listed a request for moderation between me and Wik, and he has refused moderation.  There is now no procedure for arbitration except to appeal to Jimbo, so I am now asking for Jimbo to refer this problem to the arbitration committee.
 
Will anything get done now, or are we in a black hole?
